Are Alerts free?
- Alerts are completely free. They require you to be logged into a free account so we know who to Alert! Users are automatically notified by email when an alert is filled. Thrill Data+ Members alerts are searched more often and have access to text alerts.

How often are Alerts checked for availability?
- Dining Alerts are searched continuously, every day and night. Lightning Lane alerts are evaluated several times per minute. Other Alerts are evaluated every 1 minute.

Is there a limit to how many Alerts I can set?
- There is no limit. We do not charge for any number.

I received a Park Pass Alert, but there is no availability?
- This is common. The Park Pass Availability system from Disney can be inconsistent with time lag, and many users are trying to obtain the same availability.
- Just know that we only send an Alert if the Disney system says it has availability.
- We recommend resetting the Alert and trying again. It may take several attempts.

I received a Lightning Lane Single Pass/Multi Pass Alert, but there is no availability?
- This is also common, especially on busy days. Many users are refreshing the My Disney Experience Tip Board at a given time. By the time you are able to refresh, the availability may be gone.
- Availability can also vary based on the number of users within your group.

- Text alerts only list a few of the available times due to text size restrictions. The email lists everything found.
