Hey there!

I’ve religiously been trying to get a Park Pass with my Believe DL MK for 12/11… but when I register for the alerts I get the text typically within a few minutes although there’s never availability.

I’ve even been actively in the system refreshing when I got the text, and still nothing available. Any tips or tricks? Any problem with the data pipeline that feeds this data? I know that it could be just snapped up in an instant, but just seems unlikely I’ve been off 50+ times. Thanks!

The main issue is that there are 2 systems on the Disney side: the public facing availability calendar and the logged in booking system. Based on our observations, there is a lag between the two. The alerts key on the former, and availability may be gone by the time you get the alert.

Best case scenario is that a bigger drop of passes occurs; it is luck of the draw getting the slots someone cancels.

I also recommend waiting a couple minutes to reset the alert. It does not update immediately and may just give the same notification.
