Tip: have an instance of the Universal Orlando app open. When you receive an alert, click on the link in the text to jump straight to the Harry Potter page. Look for a blue VL button, click it, set your party size, and select a return time. To try for another drop, be sure to reset the alert!

Getting an alert but the VL button never turns blue in the app? This happens. We do not quite understand why (or why not) the button enables or not. But inventory is being filled in the system if you can get to the party selection screen. If you do reach that screen, but slots are full, keep your app on that screen for better odds with the next alert!
