THRILL DATAIslands of Adventure, which opened in 1999, was the second theme park at Universal Orlando Resort, and the most technologically advanced for its time. While many opening day attractions still operate (like The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man & Jurassic Park River Adventure), the park has continued to evolve with new additions, including the Wizarding World of Harry Potter (Hogsmeade & Hogwarts) with Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure, and Jurassic World VelociCoaster. The park is open 365 days a year and is typically fully open by 9:00 AM. Closing hours vary, but are typically longer in the summer (9:00 PM) compared to 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM during the off-season.
A single day, one park ticket costs between $119 to $179 per person with date specific pricing. A 1-day, 2-park ticket begins at $174 and goes up to $234 per person.
